Smiley's Cafe sits right on Hwy 87 in the tiny town of Smiley, Texas — and folks driving through Victoria, Gonzales, and beyond have learned it's worth the stop. Everything here is made from scratch in house, from the smoked brisket and three-meat rib plates to the corn fritters and apple stacks that regulars keep coming back for.
